All orders are processed within 2-3 after payment confirmation. Once your order has been handed over to our third-party courier, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the courier service.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s operations. While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, Demar Store is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party delivery providers once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
Any issues related to delayed, missing, or damaged packages must be reported to us promptly. We will assist by coordinating with the delivery partner where possible; however, final responsibility for delivery rests with the third-party courier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Demar Store is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
